Our goal is to work with you and your dog to create a training plan that fits your needs.
We work with you to achieve your goals, recommend tools that will help you become more successful, and help build your relationship with clear communication.
Training Techniques:
We work with the dog in front of us and do not fit every dog into the same box. What does that mean? We do not pressure you into using the same tool(s) as every other person, we are willing to accommodate your requests, but we will recommend specific training tools that we believe will help you transform your dog. We are balanced trainers. What is a balanced trainer? This means we use positive reinforcement to increase a desired behavior from your dog. These reinforcers may be treats, physical praise, toy, etc. We also use negative reinforcement, positive and negative punishment which helps to decrease behaviors we do not like and help to ensure you are communicating clearly with our expectations.
We believe in quality over quantity! Our prices may seem higher than other’s in the area but we believe it is important to provide quality services to our clients—meaning each dog receives more hands-on interactions with our trainer(s) than they would in a regular boarding facility and we do not take large groups of dogs at one time.
